Personal data we process

Somamind processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Address details
• Telephone number
• Email address

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at support@somamind.nl and we will delete this information.

Somamind processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Delivering goods and services to you

Automated decision-making

Somamind does not make decisions, based on automated processing, on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These would be decisions taken by computer programs or systems without any human involvement (for example, an employee of Somamind).

How long we retain personal data

Somamind does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. We can also use them to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored via your browser's settings.

Viewing, amending or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. Somamind will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any event within four weeks.

Somamind takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. If you feel that your data is not properly secured, or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or email support@somamind.nl.
